Set in a peaceful area of outstanding natural beauty with panoramic views of the Vale of Clwyd, it is ideally suited for exploring this beautiful region and it's many attractions.

The historic towns of Ruthin, Denbigh, Llandudno, Llangollen, Conway, the Roman city of Chester and Snowdonia national park are all within easy reach.

There are many beautiful country walks with Offa's Dyke footpath only 1.5 miles away. Mountain bike trails, fishing and golf are available within reasonable distance - or simply relax and unwind.

There are two village pubs within easy walking distance, both serving food, including the White Horse Inn which is over 400 years old.

The self contained accommodation is attached to our home and has been renovated to a high standard, with full central heating, beamed ceilings, quarry tiled floors throughout the ground floor and wood flooring upstairs.

GROUND FLOOR: Comfortable cosy lounge with views over the garden, tastefully decorated with attractive soft furnishings and pine furniture. Colour TV, Video, CD player, small library of books and assorted board games.

Dining room with patio doors overlooking the garden and far reaching views of Moel Famau and the Clwydian range.

Fully fitted kitchen with oven, hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and all utensils.

Bedroom with king-size four poster bed and en suite shower room, WC and hand basin.

FIRST FLOOR: Bedroom with king-size bed and one single-size bed, en suite bathroom with roll top bath, WC, hand basin and bidet. Dressing gowns, hair dryers, bed linen, towels and toiletries are all provided.

We are open all year and specialise in short breaks.

A well behaved dog is welcome by arrangement.

Ample off-road safe parking is available.
